Vission
Dipshikha envisions “A poverty free, just and peaceful society”.

Mission
Dipshikha – a sparkle, commits itself to poverty alleviation, establishment of equal opportunities, peace and justice by ensuring formational and life oriented education, appropriate agriculture, hygiene, sanitation, skills promotion and supports for income generation adjustable as time requires for the development of the poor, marginalized and deprived of the rural semi-urban and urban communities in descending priority. Dipshikha with a team of dedicated, skilled and competent worker’s cherishes and practices the principles of human dignity, ethical values, participation, team-work, mutual respect and inter religious harmony with clearly defined policies.

Essentially Dipshikha believes in firing the sparkle towards the capacity building for self-help and self- reliance of its collaborating groups, communities and people.

Values
1.All human beings have potentials. There are some devine strength of the Creator hiden in them. The need is that all this powers should be opened up and expressed. If human beings can be turned into real resources, then they can development themselves.
2. Honesty, unity, faith, increase of self consciousness/awareness are the basic conditions of the human development, There is no alternative to human development for sustainable development.
3. In the process of development, co-operation and building up of self-reliance are indispensable.
4. In the process of development one should take steps to develop human beings and to develop competent workers.
5. In the process of development education, practical work, organization, inspiration/ motivation building awareness and communication with one another- all these are the basic conditions.
6. It is the basic philosophy of Dipshikha to serve the poor, the deprived, the exploited and the people left behind.
7. It is the philosophy of Dipshikha to establish human rights at all levels of the society and to establish good governance.
