- Children start arriving at school by 8:30 a.m.
- Schooling starts at 9:00 a.m.
- Common gathering take place for meditation/reflection at 9:01 a.m.
- Formal classes starts at 10.00 am and go up to 12:30/1:00 p.m.
- Launch break and rest continues up to 2:30 p.m.
- After rest, children do some refreshing and brain vitalizing exercise.
- Once the afternoon exercises are over, they go for their group works as are scheduled for each group/class
- Children gather together in Disha-Aloya Hall Room for exchange of their experiences of the day at around 4.00 p.m.
- And leave for home at 4:30 p.m. ‘
This gives children a chance to form habits about use and management of time. Children are whole day out of their houses and are preparing for their future time management, which they have to follow when they join the working world. They will suit wherever they are with this time management culture.
Many parents used to complain that the children are urging them to get up earlier and bring them to school. But now parents are adjusted with the system and both children and parents enjoy the system. Because of such timing, children get ample time to learn and experience many things, which they can’t do at home due to lack of facilities and environment. Moreover the children can finish all their works in the school. They go home free and can carry only the non-compulsory story or leisure reading books. This freedom and relaxation allows them to be more creative and imaginative. It may be pointed out here that the moment of relaxation is the moment of inspiration and hunches. METI provides children moments for self-reflection and inner growth.

- METI concept should be applied with the 4-7 years children only and gradually increase these levels by the same children.
- Facilitators must be prepared and trained also accordingly.
