Dinajpur district in the northern part of Bangladesh usually experiences the lowest temperature in winter every year. As a result, poor families in the region, especially children and the elderly, have to suffer a lot of hardships in winter. This year, the severity of the Corona epidemic, on the other hand, since the end of December, 2020, due to lower level temperature in this region, has increased the level of suffering of helpless people. Children and the elderly people from poor families have suffered the most. Considering the plight of the poor and helpless people in this context, Dipshikha distributed 300 Blankets among the cold affected poor families in Dinajpur

The families who received the blanket are very happy. They said that the blanket we received from Dipshikha in this severe winter season will be helpful for the old member and children of our family to ward off the cold. In addition, the blanket is long, wide and very large in size. So it will be very useful in our family to prevent the night cold. An elderly woman, approximately 72/73 years old, said that her son is working hard to maintain their family. So it is difficult for him to keep her from getting winter clothes. Getting this blanket will save her from the cold. They are all happy to receive the blankets and thank those who donated.
