Mr. David Sprecher, a valued donor representative from Shanti-Switzerland, came to visit Dipshikha on 21 January 2025. He went to Rudrapur, Dinajpur on 22 January 2025 and stayed there till 29 January’25. Within these days he was fully engaged with DESI project including instructors and all the students. He conducted an important meeting, classes, productive discussions, observations of educational activities, discussions on progress and future of the project. He also went to the houses of some previous batch students. He took off to Switzerland on 9 February 2025.

On 10 February’25, a team of 5 members came from Germany to visit Dipshikha and its project area. The team leader Ms. Maria Christina Gruber Seydel is the wife of Mr. Josef Gruber who is the donor representative from SHANTI, Germany. She is a well-wisher of Dipshikha more than 35 years. She came with her son Lothar Sebastian Rudoph along with a friend Dr. Elisabeth Sickinger and two neighbors Mr. Albert Johannes Pichlmeir and her wife Andrea Pichlmeirer Renkel. They visited Rudrapur office of Dinajpur and Jabarhat office of Thakurgaon. They were very happy to visit here. On 23rd February’25, they went back to Germany They enjoyed a lot.
On 18 May 2025, Executive Director Georg Wahl and Project Officer Barbara Christina Wild from “ILD Germany” came to visit Dipshikha. They went to Rudrapur, Dinajpur and Pirganj, Thakurgaon. They attended PEER (all areas) project progress sharing meeting and inauguration Program of Dipshikha Training cum Resource Center at Jaborhat, Thakurgaon. They also visited 2 Association including a farmer association and a women’s association with donor representatives.
They stayed in Dinajpur till 23 May 2025. They went back to Germany 31 May 2025 after a successful visit.
