Dipshikha follows a governance structure designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and collective leadership across all levels of the organization. At the center of this structure is the General Body, which acts as the highest decision-making authority. The General Body meets once a year to review the organization’s progress, approve annual plans and budgets, and endorse major policy directions.
To carry forward these decisions, a Executive Committee (EC) is elected from within the General Body for a fixed term. The EC provides strategic oversight, reviews program performance, and ensures that Dipshikha’s activities remain aligned with its mission and values. The committee meets periodically throughout the year to evaluate ongoing initiatives and make decisions on important organizational matters.
Operational leadership is entrusted to an Executive Director, appointed by the Executive Committee. The Executive Director manages the day-to-day administration of the organization and oversees the implementation of all programs and projects. Supported by a dedicated team of professionals, the Executive Director ensures that Dipshikha’s work on the ground reflects the policies and priorities approved by the governing bodies.
