The Annual Workshop of the Dipshikha Electrical Skill Improvement (DESI) Project was successfully held on 18 January 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Training Room, Rudrapur, Biral, Dinajpur.
The workshop was formally inaugurated by the Executive Director, who also presided over the session. At the beginning of the program, he was respectfully invited to deliver the opening remarks. In his inaugural speech, the Executive Director extended his warm greetings and best wishes to all participants and officially declared the workshop open.
The Chief Instructor of the DESI Project delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the project’s activities, achievements, challenges, and future plans. The presentation provided an in-depth overview of program implementation, training quality, student performance, monitoring procedure, and overall progress of the project.

The participants actively engaged in constructive discussions, shared feedback, and provided valuable recommendations for future improvements.
