The Annual Workshop–2025 of Modern Education and Teaching Institute (METI) was successfully held on 16–17 January 2026 at Rudrapur, Biral, Dinajpur. The two-day workshop focused on reviewing institutional performance from 2023–2025, identifying achievements and challenges, and setting strategic priorities for the coming year.
The program began with a welcome session, an opening song, and a keynote recitation on “Managing Mental Stress.” In the inaugural session, the Executive Director emphasized restoring moral and ethical values in education and strengthening daily academic practices. He announced the introduction of a Humanities stream alongside Science to ensure inclusive opportunities based on students’ interests and abilities.
Teachers and management representatives shared reflections on academic progress, discipline, professional development, and the growing challenges posed by technology and behavioral changes. Participants stressed teamwork, accountability, structured discipline, and continuous monitoring to improve results.
In his closing remarks, the Executive Director highlighted the importance of focusing on both process and outcomes. The workshop concluded with clear action plans and renewed commitment to quality education, unity, and sustainable institutional development in 2026.
